As a Cybersecurity Risk Manager working as a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will join a client?s transformation program focused on achieving NIS2 compliance, collaborating closely with IT leadership, operational teams (CDS, Infrastructure), and support functions. You will act as the senior reference for cybersecurity risk management and the operational counterpart to the Cybersecurity Program Manager, ensuring the cybersecurity roadmap and NIS2 requirements are translated into structured, prioritized, and actionable risk analyses for business and technical teams. You will play a central role in assessing, prioritizing, and tracking cybersecurity risks, aligning them with the operational context, technical constraints, and compliance objectives. Your contribution directly supports risk management, decision traceability, and the sustainable strengthening of the organization?s security posture. Success in this role relies on your cybersecurity and risk management expertise, as well as your ability to engage diverse stakeholders, structure decision-making, and build alignment around a shared view of risk.

Key Responsibilities:
- Translate the cybersecurity roadmap and NIS2 requirements into operational risk analyses covering processes, systems, infrastructures, and critical services.
- Lead and conduct risk assessments on defined scopes (IT, OT, business services) in close collaboration with CDS and Infrastructure teams.
- Support the CISO in maintaining the cybersecurity risk register by assessing impacts, likelihoods, residual risks, and treatment needs.
- Analyze and prioritize risks with respect to the company?s risk appetite and propose coherent treatment plans (technical, organizational, procedural).
- Act as the interface between cybersecurity governance and operational teams, translating risk findings into actionable directions.
- Monitor progress of risk treatment actions and contribute to reporting to the NIS2 program.
- Produce risk management deliverables: analysis reports, decision-making summaries, risk dashboards, and evidence items.
- Contribute actively to audit readiness and the demonstration of NIS2 compliance by ensuring traceability between regulatory requirements, identified risks, and implemented measures.
- Holder of a bachelor?s or master?s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or an equivalent field, with confirmed experience in risk management and/or cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of IT and operational environments (systems, networks, identities, cloud, monitoring, critical services).
- Mastery of cybersecurity risk management principles (ISO 27005, EBIOS, or equivalents) and understanding of regulatory issues related to NIS2.
- Ability to structure, prioritize, and formalize analyses in a complex, multi-stakeholder context.
- Analytical, rigorous, and decision-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with both technical profiles and decision-makers/governance bodies.
- This is a consultancy mission delivered by Keystone Solutions at the client?s site, primarily on-site in Namur on a full-time basis.
- Flexibility is required; travel to various business units across Wallonia may be needed to meet with business stakeholders.
- Consulting days are 8 hours within a typical workday window of 07:00 ? 18:00.
- As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will collaborate closely with the client?s IT leadership, CDS, Infrastructure, and support functions to deliver tangible, compliant outcomes.
- Engage with diverse stakeholders and operational contexts (IT, OT, business services), addressing a wide range of cybersecurity risk scenarios aligned with NIS2.
- Translate governance expectations into actionable initiatives for technical and business teams, contributing to a sustained improvement in security posture.
- Work on complex, regulation-driven transformations that sharpen your expertise in risk management frameworks (ISO 27005, EBIOS) and NIS2 compliance.
- Develop strong stakeholder management and decision-structuring skills in multi-actor environments.
- Build a track record delivering risk assessments and compliance outcomes across varied environments, strengthening your leadership profile as a senior risk reference.
- Enhance your ability to interface between governance and operations, positioning yourself for broader program or portfolio responsibilities.
