Intro

The Parlor is looking for AI Video & Motion Designers to collaborate with us on campaign films, social-first content, pitch visuals, styleframes, motion systems, AI-assisted video experiments, and audiovisual storytelling.

This is not a traditional job opening. We are building a curated network of creative specialists we can involve on selected projects.

We are especially interested in people who combine strong visual taste with modern production tools. AI is useful, but only when guided by concept, story, rhythm, and creative judgement.

What You May Work On

• AI-generated video concepts and visual explorations
• Campaign films, teasers, launch assets, and social cutdowns
• Styleframes, mood films, animatics, and pitch visuals
• Motion graphics, title sequences, lower thirds, transitions, and visual systems
• AI-assisted storyboarding and visual development
• Editing and adapting existing footage into stronger campaign assets
• Creating visual directions for brand films, explainers, case videos, and social content
• Supporting productions where AI helps reduce cost, increase variation, or accelerate exploration
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• You have strong visual taste and understand pacing, story, composition, and atmosphere
• You can work with motion, video, editing, or 3D tools
• You actively use or experiment with AI video/image tools
• You can turn a brief into visual routes, references, and concrete output
• You understand that AI does not replace direction, taste, or craft
• You are able to work fast without becoming sloppy
• You can handle feedback and refine work without ego
• You can collaborate with a creative director, strategist, editor, or producer
• You are available on a freelance or project basis
