This is not a traditional sales management role.
We’re looking for a highly entrepreneurial Head of Sales / Business Unit Lead with strong go-to-market instincts, founder energy, and the ability to turn a new business line into a major revenue engine.
Your Mission
As Head of Sales – Workplace & Hospitality Solutions, you will own the commercial growth of this new Business Unit across Europe.
You’ll operate with a “mini-CEO” mindset: defining the GTM strategy, winning key accounts, building partnerships, structuring the sales engine, and scaling revenue across workplace and hospitality verticals.
Working directly with leadership, you’ll play a critical role in positioning Enky as a leading player in the future of hybrid work, flexible living, and hospitality environments.

What You’ll Lead
Build & Scale Revenue
- Own the commercial strategy and revenue growth of the Business Unit
- Identify and unlock new market opportunities across workplace and hospitality sectors
- Build a scalable sales engine from scratch
- Drive pipeline generation, conversion, and expansion across Europe
- Develop repeatable commercial playbooks and pricing strategies
- Own strategic accounts and high-value negotiations
- Design and execute a high-impact B2B and B2B2C GTM strategy
- Define ideal customer profiles and priority verticals
- Position Enky with compelling value propositions tailored to different buyer personas
- Build scalable acquisition channels and partnership strategies
- Test, iterate, and optimize market penetration strategies quickly
- Act as the senior commercial voice of the Business Unit
- Open and grow relationships with corporates, real estate players, operators, hospitality brands, and enterprise clients
- Lead complex, consultative sales cycles with high-value stakeholders
- Build long-term strategic partnerships across the ecosystem
- Represent Enky externally at industry events, trade fairs, and executive meetings
- Operate with a founder mentality: hands-on, fast-moving, resourceful
- Build structure where needed while keeping strong execution speed
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sourcing, operations, product, and design teams
- Help shape the future offering based on direct market feedback and customer needs
- Stay ahead of trends across workplace, hospitality, hybrid work, flexible living, and commercial real estate
- Translate market insights into new revenue opportunities
- Continuously refine Enky’s positioning against competitors and evolving customer expectations
- Strong sales leadership experience in one of the following:
- workplace solutions
- office furniture
- hospitality
- interior design
- commercial real estate
- flexible workspaces
- B2B services
- Proven ability to build or scale a business line, market, or commercial function
- Strong “Head of Sales” mindset with strategic and hands-on execution capabilities
- Entrepreneurial background or startup/scale-up experience strongly preferred
- Excellent business development and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable owning complex sales cycles and executive-level conversations
- Strong GTM and revenue growth capabilities
- Ability to operate cross-functionally in fast-moving environments
- English required; additional European languages are a plus
- Build and lead a new Business Unit with full ownership
- High visibility with leadership and the founder
