What You Can Expect
As a Clinical Sales Specialist, you will support hospitals and healthcare professionals across your assigned territory covering Brussels, Walloon Brabant, Hainaut, Liège, Namur, Belgian Luxembourg, and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. You will provide hands-on clinical and technical expertise for Zimmer Biomet products, helping to ensure safe product use, excellent customer support, and strong clinical partnerships.

How You'll Create Impact
- Provide expert in-theatre clinical and technical support during surgical procedures
- Deliver product, procedural, and clinical training to surgeons, operating room staff, and other healthcare professionals
- Support live cases and on-site educational initiatives across the territory
- Partner closely with commercial colleagues to identify growth opportunities, strengthen existing accounts, and support lead generation
- Build credibility and trust with clinical stakeholders through responsive, high-quality support
- Ensure full compliance with internal quality, regulatory, and documentation standards
- Confidence and credibility working in operating room environments
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to train, influence, and engage clinical professionals effectively
- A proactive, organized, and customer-focused mindset
- A results-oriented approach with the ability to balance clinical excellence and commercial awareness
- High energy, adaptability, and a strong sense of ownership within a field-based role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Clinical and/or commercial experience within orthopedics, surgical support, or the medical device industry
- Solid understanding of anatomy, surgical procedures, and hospital workflows
- Fluency in French and communicative English
- Proven ability to work independently across a broad territory while maintaining strong collaboration with internal teams
- Frequent travel across the assigned territory: Brussels, Walloon Brabant, Hainaut, Liège, Namur, Belgian Luxembourg, and Luxembourg
- Valid driving license required
