About The Role
As PMO, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the actions of the Project Management team covering different domain(s) of Bid/Project Management.
Key responsibilities
- Support Project Manager(s) in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
- Assist with scheduling and resource allocation to meet project milestones.
- Participate in progress and review meetings to capture key project information.
- Analyze project performance data, including revenues, milestones, cash flow, actuals, and EAC.
- Contribute to process improvements by incorporating lessons learned into project practices.
- Provide support to the Project Manager by managing, organizing, and maintaining complete and accessible project documentation.
- Maintain and support PMO tools for enhanced project execution.
- A bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, or law.
- A first experience (1-3 years) as a PMO or in a similar role within an international, technical setting.
- Strong analytical, autonomous, and rigorous skills with an innovation mindset.
- Ability to synthesize and present data effectively.
- Good knowledge of MS Suite (Excel), with knowledge of Microsoft Project, PowerBI, or Sharepoint being advantageous.
- Fluency in both French and English.
