The Role
Tekst is on the lookout for a rockstar Product Designer. At Tekst, our mission is to make AI work for the enterprise. As Product Designer, you will lead our Front-end UI, UX, operations and vision.
This role will net you a unique position in a successful enterprise-focused startup. We’re all about product and ambition, and having fun building stuff that works.

What You'll Be Doing
As part of the Product team, you will be working closely with Product Management and Engineering to:
- Bring design maturity into our fast-growing AI platform.
- Lay the foundations of our component-based Design system.
- Translate Product requirements to Development in a clear and visual way.
- Conduct regular user research.

Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional Design experience.
- A flexible attitude and strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in using design tools (like Figma), user research tools (like Dovetail, Amplitude…), and prototyping tools (like Claude, Cursor, Lovable…).
- Proficiency in written and verbal English skills, knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
